Welcome to Rose Psychotherapy & Counselling Services.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Grief Educator, and author of Shadows and Sunlight: Understanding the Hidden Struggles Behind Young People's Behaviour.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and valued.
My approach to counselling is grounded in compassion, understanding, and respect for each person's individual experiences. I recognize that life can bring emotional challenges, grief, loss, and unexpected transitions. My goal is to support individuals as they navigate these experiences, develop greater emotional awareness, and find meaningful ways forward.
As an author, I am passionate about raising awareness of the emotional struggles young people may experience and encouraging families and communities to look beyond behaviour to understand the feelings beneath it.
I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to share our stories without fear of judgment.
